"A huge thank you to everyone who made my birthday stay so special! Veeru, the room decorations were stunning—you went above and beyond to create such a festive and welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful surprise. I also want to shout out Amit and Adanee at breakfast. You both made our mornings so easy and enjoyable by taking such great care of our orders. We really felt pampered!"

"Bathroom was stinking like I was standing next to an open sewer. Constant, 24 hours a day. Could not use the bathroom. Had coffee the first morning and the used cup was there till I completed my stay. Nothing was replenished. One day I left the hotel at 8:30 A.M. for the day and left my key at the reception to get the room cleaned, towel replaced etc. Nothing has been done till I got back at 5 p.m. I had to personally get the room cleaned by one of the staff and waited outside my room till it was done. "

"Unfortunately reception was worst. I asked laundry service 2 days before my checkout. Even though I confirmed whether I can receive laundry before my checkout or not and they replied “Yes”, I couldn’t get laundry when checked out. Reception said laundry can be provided 1 hour later but I left hotel because of another meeting. I asked reception that I came back 3 pm and give me laundry. When I came back to hotel, laundry still "

"Hotel needs to improve lot, towels and beds are not clean and can see so many dark spots / yellow stains. Don't call as this Business hotel, not able to find receptionist always. "
