Stunning spot
This was our first visit. We found it a brilliant place to stay with stunning views and friendly owners. Ash cottage was perfect for our needs, had everything you would need for even a longer stay, we only stayed three nights. It was great to play a small part in bringing the cows in too. Lovely local pub, The Gun, down the hill in Findon serving delicious food was a welcome first nights place for dinner.
Check in was brilliant with Emma emailing over the clear directions and easy arrival instructions. Check out was just as smooth. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again.
Wonderfully quiet locale, ideal for quiet holiday.
The area is superb, plenty to see and do and Brighton is less than an hour away by car. Rob and Emma went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cottage was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. Couldn't be happier with a bank holiday stay and would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast.
And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!

Had a wonderful 4 days The Farm and Cottage were fantastic and will defiantly return. The walk up to The Hive to see The Sunset and wild life is a must. The Cissbury Cottage overlooks the horse paddocks, pigs, and the chickens. The centre of Findon is approx only a 2 minute drive away, with the beaches between 10 - 20 minutes away, so everything very local.

Absolutely lovely cottage. Nice welcoming hosts. All very positive.
The owners were wonderful hosts. These are modern recently built cottages on a working farm. All the amenities are included with full kitchen, washing machine, two bedrooms, living room and bathrooms with tub and shower. We shopped for groceries at the the nearby Sainbury's and saved money eating breakfast and dinner at the cottage while we made our daily road trips to explore Sussex, Brighton and the Isle of Wight. There are three wonderful pubs nearby in the village of Findon for evening entertainment and to have a pint. Each morning we went out to the rear deck to eat our breakfast and were greeted by the horses and cows in the nearby pastures. It's a lovely quiet setting with easy access most of southern England. I hope to return on my next trip.
We stayed in Chanctonbury and Silver Birch cottages. Both were superb - pretty similar, except that Silver Birch is a little smaller and Chanctonbury (2 beds) has a dishwasher.
Owner Emma has supplied almost everything you could want for your stay, including freshly-laid eggs! It is thoughtfully set up, very clean and extremely comfortable. Showers were a highlight for me - spacious, with a fixed head and a handheld one, great water pressure and always hot.
Gallops Farm has wonderful views across the Downs. Lovely Findon Village is just over a mile away, along a fairly steep farm track. Each cottage is a proper little home - I'd have been happy to stay for weeks.
