Patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No chidren under 5, except babes in arms. There is an unfenced stream in the garden.. Kilcot Coach House is entered through the utility room, which is fitted with a washer/dryer. You then enter the spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything a guest could need. There is a hard floor throughout and the exposed brick walls really create ambience and character and you can still envisage the property as it once was. Upstairs there are two large double rooms, both fitted with en-suite shower rooms.

    Outside the property is a small patio area with garden furniture for guests to sit out and enjoy an evening drink, barbecue or morning coffee. The extended garden to Kilcot House is for the owners use

    An ideal property for couples to get away and enjoy the local area.

    In a rural location, amidst the rolling uplands of the south Cotswolds and within a 20-mile radius, you can visit stunning Georgian Bath with Thermae Spa and Bath Abbey. Bristol with the SS Great Britain, We The Curious, Bristol suspension bridge, or travel to Gloucester and visit the Cathedral, The Quays for shopping, Bowood House in Chippenham and Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust. Visit the historic town of Tetbury, the market town of Wotton-under-Edge, or the farmers market in Stroud, Westonbirt arboretum, Dyrham Park and for fans of Poldark, you can visit Chavenage House and Horton Court. Kilcot Coach House is well placed for a holiday touring this beautiful area either by car, bike or foot. Pub 1 mile, shop and restaurant 3½ miles.

What a Fabulous little Country Cottage in the Cotswolds. Kim and Alex were lovely hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful bedrooms with ensuites. Gorgeous relaxing kitchen and lounge area. Washing machine etc. We had the best time exploring the Cotswolds for 5 days. Would thoroughly recommend Kilcot Cottage! Thank you so much from the Aussie Crew who totally enjoyed their stay!

We stayed at Kilcott Coach house for a week in October with our dog.

We stayed at Kilcott Coach house for a week in October with our dog. Kim and Alex were there to greet us when we arrived and were very friendly. We had a really lovely welcome basket which included homemade cake and jam, also fresh butter and milk-extremely useful as the property is a bit more isolated than we thought it would be! It's a great location for walking - being opposite the Cotswold Way and we didn't use the car once and covered several miles in the week by walking to many pubs. I did not like that the garden was not fully enclosed though so when you are at the back door letting your dog out it can run into their garden! Although they didn't mind, I did as i didn't like him out of my sight. There is also a stream at the bottom of the garden. There is a brilliant hose outside to wash dogs (and boots!) down with and a useful utilty area to dry things. We did say the property would benefit from a radio as it is soo quiet that we put the tv on for noise at breakfast! The beds were super comfy, it was very quiet all round and great hot showers were had after a long day.
