"Lovely hotel. Perfect location next to the river and weir, where there are otters and geese (plus lots of other wildlife). 30 mins scenic walk to centre of Bath, 10 minutes on the bus and nice "old school" pub at the end of the river walk from the hotel. Will DEFINITELY stay there again!!"

"Good sized room (classic double) although bathroom will be too much on the cosy side for some. Friendly staff, hotel was very clean everywhere and the breakfast was good and bar area was nice. Only issue we had was the paper thin walls between rooms. We were watching tv at a reasonable volume around 10.30pm and had the room next door banging on the wall. We thought they were being a bit unreasonable but as we went to sleep, realised we could hear the person in the other adjacent room snoring as if he were in ours. Might only be a certain number of rooms like this, but we were in Room 128 if you’re reading this, hotel manager!"

"The room and circulation areas were well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptional ; they could not do enough for all guests and were very attentive / helpful in all respects . The hotel is situated in a quiet and very convenient location . We had the breakfast every morning of our stay and found the quality very good with a wide range of choice."

"The hotel is in a good location with great facilities, spa, car parking, good bar. The rooms are a bit tired and could benefit from a refurb but overall it is very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay and the spa facilities and our room had a lovely view."
