"Our room was spacious, and generally quite clean. Nice to have a fan available for the bedroom as there wasn’t an air conditioner (or tv) in there. Bathroom/shower recess was a little moldy/dirty. Fridge frosted up and not closing properly. Staff were very helpful. Great location, some of the surrounds lacking maintenance/cleaning. Gardens old and unkept. Stairwells/passageways needing cleaning/maintenance. Gave off a tired feel. "

"The house is well designed and located close enough to the Shoal Bay shops and Country Club. However the house was not clean. There were cobwebs in the main living area and kitchen, all the window sills were dirty with dead ins"

"The apartment was comfortable and clean enough (the balcony, garage, and backyard were not clean), and it had everything we needed to enjoy. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and bush walk but away enough to have privacy and quietness. "
