"Room was clean..staff was excellent.,I really needed a suite for my elderly mother and uncle and the elevators were down... The worst part to me was thinking about those folks having to get their cleaning carts from floor to floor.....I'm sorry but I know this corporation can afford to stock each floor with necessary supplies...that's just expecting way too much as far as I'm concerned.."

"We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back next year! The house is beautiful, spacious, and honestly even nicer in person than the pictures. The river was also much clearer than the photos made it look. When the water was lower, you could easily see the bottom and watch fish swimming around.We had an awesome time fishing and caught rainbow trout, sculpin, and northern hog suckers right from the dock. The kids loved the zip line, kid-friendly axe throwing, and arcade games. Those little extras made the stay even more fun.The house came stocked with plenty of starter supplies, including dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, a paper towel roll, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and trash bags, which was really appreciated. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed.The only suggestions I’d make would be adding a pasta strainer, a couple more baking sheets, and a pizza pan. One thing to know is that when the river is low, the walk down to the dock is pretty steep, but once the water came back up it wasn’t bad at all.Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely recommend this place. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!"

"Everything in the home was perfect except we could not get the tv in the living room to work.and as I contacted the host to ask her about it she never,never called us .or helped ? at all which is disrespectful. We also contacted her to find out if we could possibly check in early she never responded. We did find some where to go but it would have been nice for her to respond. If your going to be a host then be a host. I am still mad. But we were located to to Everything. Stores all kinds a park food places. And her home is a good location. At it was in the middle of where we needed to be which was cave city. And cabot. The place in cabot.was excellent and I will be giving a great review. It is ashame because we did like her home but definitely will not go back because of her negligence.. You need to change your way a a host.as we respected your wishes to take garbage out and towels and sheets be put in laundry basket . Place was immaculate. When we left there. Sincerely Anita"
