The domicile is also popular because of the view of the forests from the property and its quiet location at the edge of the forest. Available for use: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Lawn for badminton and football.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating and underfloor heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the hallway as intersecting room and with electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Wutha-Farnroda, district Mosbach, 280 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 280 sqm enclosed property, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Please note that from 2023 to 2025 road construction work will take place in the area, which can be heard in the building to some extent, usually on weekdays between 7 am and 4 pm. The Rennsteig, with its 168 km, is only 3 km away. Access is directly from the main road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
