"I’ve stayed at quite a few all inclusive resorts across various destinations in Mexico, this one was by far the best experience I’ve had Food was amazing our room was in good condition for a 10 year old property but the 2 main highlights for me were the location and the extremely helpful staff, regardless of room category or status level it seemed like all guests were treated the same. It’s a smaller resort so everything feels a little more personal and upscale, no reservations for dinner no towel cards for the pool just take as many as you need, room service arrives in 20-30 minutes and house keeping is very consistent. Special shoutout to Mel and Erik, best entertainers I’ve encountered at a resort.. Chepo and Miguel at the pool deck for keeping our drinks full all day and Santos at the Italian restaurant! Will be staying here again. "

Every meal we had was incredible, from the restaurants to the room service. El Gaucho was definitely our favorite restaurant! My partner and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary during our stay, and the resort made it feel so special. We attended the Chic Cabaret and experienced a beautiful cultural show, along with a special dessert and anniversary shoutout that was so thoughtful. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and welcoming. We truly loved every minute of our stay and cannot wait to return."

"The pools were nice, but they close at 7 p.m. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful but it's showing its age The reason I probably won't go back is because the smell from the seaweed made me nauseous. It's too bad they aren't doing anything to clean up the coastline."
