"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location. I thought Hilton could never go wrong; however, this location really disappointed me. First, the WiFi was a joke. I could not even load a picture on WeChat with the WiFi. If you are planning to stay here for a business trip and need to connect to the internet to get your work done. Good luck. Second, the temperature in the room was not adjustable. I woke up few times in the middle of the night because it was too hot! When I complained to the hotel, I was told to open the window for cool air. ?!?! Okay. If I open the window for better circulation, I need to have the curtain open. The room would be hot from the sun during day time. Or you want to sleep with the window and curtain opened?? They offered a cooling fan at the beginning but later was told that they run out of it (which I believe I was not the only complaining). The next day, they said they might be able to get me one after other guests check out and would send to my room. But NOTHING when I went back to the room. I had to complain again for them to offered me to change to a room on the other side of the building with less sun exposure. And they FINALLY get me a cooling fan. And how funny to see a mini fan in a hotel like Hilton. There are many good hotels out there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A COMFORT STAY. "

"Did not use the spa and did not have breakfast there, The breakfast mainly caters for asians. Room's are pretty clean with new towels everyday, all in all it was nice"

"A fantastic stay from start to finish. Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk John and Niko in concierge Sophia in guest relations Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor. Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning. Gym was small but with all the required equipment Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi. All our amenities were replenished daily and the room was kept spotless."

"I had a great stay here - the bed was so comfortable with nice soft pillows, and they had a free to use washing machine and drier which was great. The staff were so helpful, one helped me order a phone charger online when my foreign number wouldn’t work. I would definitely recommend! "

"The hotel is manned 24/7 by courteous, English speaking staff. Check in was relatively easy. I love the loft style rooms. Very self sufficient with washing machine, dryer, kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge. The bed was very comfy and I slept really well. The Langan Road station (Line 7) is less than 5 minutes walk away. It is very well connected. The first train starts at 5:49 am. You can take the same line to Longyang and from there you can take the Maglev to Pvg Airport. I would come back here again to stay in the future as I find it convenient and very easy on the budget. However, this place is not for those "
