"Very nice place, I enjoyed my stay. They have snacks and water on arrival as I was checking in. It’s about 40mins from the airport by car - you can ask the hotel to organise shuttle which I think is just a private driver anyway so could probably use a Didi. Similar price. 10 min walk from subway and there’s eating places close by. "

"Hotel is in a great location it’s as center as you can get in Shanghai close to one of the most popular shopping streets that leads you right down to the bund. Great views from the higher floors of the Shanghai skyline and nice size rooms would recommend especially for any western travelers to Shanghai, much appreciated, cheers!"

"A fantastic stay from start to finish. Gorgeous room which was upgraded Some of the friendliest and helpful staff we have ever met namely David at the front desk John and Niko in concierge Sophia in guest relations Lisa in housekeeping on the 40th floor. Delicious breakfast which was plentiful each morning. Gym was small but with all the required equipment Pool wasn't heated but clean as were the steam rooms and jacuzzi. All our amenities were replenished daily and the room was kept spotless."
