"All the staff are very helpful and professional. The front desk team—Elaine, Spring, Eve, and Ray—went above and beyond to assist me in resolving issues with cancellation bookings at another hotel. Their support and professionalism were truly outstanding. I had a very positive experience staying at Pan Pacific Xiamen. The staff were attentive and responsive throughout my stay, and the housekeeping team was both polite and efficient. I was also pleasantly surprised when they decorated my room with birthday decorations and treated me to a slice of birthday cake. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so pleasant and enjoyable."

"It's a very basic accommodation, but clean and comfortable. If you want a no-frills stay in Xiamen, this place is highly recommended. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, mattresses and pillows comfortable. Bathroom with shower en-suite. My only criticism is that one of our rooms smelled of cold smoke, as a previous occupant must have smoked inside. "

"The room 80503 was very noisy feeling like Melbourne F1 Grand Prix, but I was told it was windy. I asked for changing my room, reception answered that other rooms weren’t available (It’s after 2:00pm) I couldn’t sleep at night, asking reception for a quiet room. He found a room 80517 which was less noisy than 80503. Unfortunately it was a smoking room. I had no choice but staying in the room. I was very frustrated. I am here asking you hotels.com what room did you book for me? Please see attached pictures."

"Firstly, the room I booked online had a picture of a bath tub but when I was not given a room with one when I checked in. I had to inform the guest services and was told that not all rooms had a bath tub. I felt cheated as your picture of the room had a bath tub. Sound proofing of the rooms were ridiculous. I was constantly awoken by sounds of people talking and doors opening and closing. I did not get a good nights rest. Service from house keeping was great. But overall the other service I felt from the staff was cold and not up to par with what branding this hotel has. "

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The lobby and restaurant area is hugged by the water with islands scattered and shrouded in fogs. Room is spacious and exquisitely decorated. Breakfast contains copious western and Chinese selections. "
