Everyone works in the hotel and the restaurant were very nice and welcoming which made us feel like home. They go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and experience. We will definitely come back when we visit Xi’an again!

Quality stay and functional.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained and much better than my expectation! Comes with small kitchenette and sofa/table, so much more functional than hotel room, feels 5 star at a very good price, about 500m to train station area with lots of good restaurants and a good Hema supermarket. But most of the time just call taxi. I'd definitely stay here again in Xi'an.

The room is super big, and the breakfast is delicious, with so many options. They confuse me a little the different our the breakfast ends. and they weren´t clear that recepction. Also in 4 days, they never made my room.

Look forward to staying again!

Spacious apartment, nice breakfast, very suitable for family. Xi’an is a bit dusty but luckily we managed to wash our clothes everyday with the washing and drying machines provided.
