"Rooms are clean, right at the centre of city. The staffs are very friendly and services are excellent, the breakfast buffet is excellent, good foods and the dinning area is neat and clean. Gym is poor not enough equipments. Overall is 9/10."

"Loved our stay here. The best part of this hotel is their staff. Before our arrival, the staff reached out to us to arrange airport pickup. They were always in contact. When we arrived, we were greeted with warm towel to wipe our hands and tea. They recommended areas to visit. They even helped booked our over night sleeper train tickets to Sapa. The staff definitely went above and beyond which made our stay so much more pleasant. For international women’s day, the staff even gave me a flower. When we checked out, we were also given a little gift of tiger balm. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend. "

"We loved our stay here. We had issues with our first room, and the staff was so helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay better and eventually moved us to another room. And the rooftop sky bar was amazing! Best views in the city! Highly recommend!"
