About this space
Villa Utopia is a nice, calm and family-friendly villa situated in the charming Parque del Rey development. The house is a detached villa and has 4 bedrooms. The house has a private swimming pool and terrace. You have a small Canarian garden around the house as well.
Arriving to the house, you have an independent place for free parking in front of the main door. You will access to a private area in which you can enjoy with your family or friends in the lunch area, in the terrace, or just drink something taking profit about the South orientation or just enjoying the pool.
You will not need to rent a car in case you want to stay in Playa Blanca. This area is very central to Playa Blanca. Just walking, you will arrive to the old Playa Blanca town and to the port in around 15 - 17 minutes. You can walk to Playa Flamingo in 20 - 22 minutes. For coming back after a soirée in the resto in one of the tens of different restaurants in the town, you can pick up a taxi with affordable prices, in case you do not want to walk back, which is of course possible.
The space
The villa is on one level. In the terrace: you have different spaces with 2 tables for 4 and 7 people and space for 7 sunbeds. South orientation space. Small covered pergola (mainly for the summer time with strong sun). BBQ. Ping pong table. This outside terrace space is completely wall surrounded and you will feel in complete privacy.
Inside the house, you will find the following: Living room with 3 sofas. Dining room with table and 7 chairs. Kitchen fully equipped.
The villa is of course offering free WIFI internet access and international TV channels in case you prefer to stay home and enjoy the evening with your family.

The living room is comfortable with 3 sofas and a TV. Air conditioning
The dining room is close to living area and in a closed space. There, you will find a table plus 7 chairs. In case you want to breath fresh air, you can open the sliding doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Household appliances: fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher microwaves, kettle, toaster. Room for washing machine.
4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Master Bedroom: king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with bidet, wc, bath, shower and sink.
Bedroom 2: king-sized bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
Bedroom 4: Single bed.
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share the second bathroom, with a double shower, wc and sink.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
During the winter period, November to April, you do not need air conditioning, but in case you want to use it, you can do it by a coin machine of 1 or 2 euros with reasonable energy price. In summer, from May to October, a reasonable credit for refreshing the house in the evenings is offered to you with the reservation.
Very quiet neighbourhood. No noise is allowed in the area after 23h. You can find many establishments for going out in the town.
Other things to note
The swimming pool has Roman steps for access. Pool temperature is 27/28 degrees from May to October. For keeping the temperature during the night it is a cover. From November to April, heating is available until 28 degrees; in this period, pool heating is included in the rental price.
You will find other extras including washing machine, iron, hairdryer. Safety deposit box is free to use. Alarm system is also available for more security.
