Bamanija certainly sets a new standard for luxury villas in Lanzarote. The villa has centralized air conditioning throughout the house, with personalized controls in each room connected to a modern central home automation panel from where you can control different aspects of the house. Likewise, there is high-speed WiFi coverage throughout the property, with a dedicated fiber optic line, and alarm with security cameras. Outside, there is a garage with capacity for two vehicles, as well as numerous safe parking spaces on the street, since the urbanization has private security 24 hours a day.
