It is a house prepared for 9 people. The installation of two beds of 90 for two children could be authorized. Its location would be on the part of the clients where they deem appropriate.

It consists of 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms.

The terrace area is made up of two parts. The first of about 300 meters with hammocks, is the bathing area. The second is a contiguous area of about 60 m2 of volcanic stone, with a pergola in which two passion fruit plants grow, with views of the island of Fuerteventura.

On the terrace there is a large rattan sofa and a table with wicker chairs to enjoy the sunrises or sunsets.

The house has a private heated pool, as long as it is left covered at night, a normal temperature is obtained.

Around the house there is a garden with different plants and cacti, some native to Madagascar such as Alluaudia procera, which are about 6 meters high.

The surface of the house and garden reaches about 1000 m2. It is the most exclusive area of Playa Blanca and all the villas are on plots of about 1,500 meters.

In a straight line, the sea is 800 meters away and the town of Playa Blanca about two kilometers

The bus and taxi stop are 500 and 700 m from the house. The use of a taxi is recommended due to its low price and frequency.

Inside the house plot you can park up to three

vehicles.

The kitchen in the smallest room does not have a dishwasher. The kitchen in the main room does have this.

There is a stone barbecue in the garden.

In both kitchens there is a small fire extinguisher and smoke detector
