A stylish, modern property with sea views in the lovely Puerto Calero Marina. Positioned in a prime location looking towards the Atlantic Ocean and beyond to Fuertaventura, with the Femes mountains to west. Whilst in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, it´s just a few minutes walk into the Marina with all its amenities, including weekly markets, quality restaurants and bars and designer shops.

Kitchen

The modern, fitted kitchen offers everything you need with an oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, including a full range of kitchen utensils, crockery & glasses etc. A convenient breakfast bar with 2 leather chairs are provided for easy seating.

Living Room

The large, open plan living/dining area has three comfortable 2 seater sofas, a dining table with 6 chairs and a panoramic window with amazing sea views. There is a Flat screen TV (Satellite TV with BBC, ITV and Ch 4, together with Sky Freeview – limited), DVD player, Mini Hifi with USB port and WIFI. Air Conditioned.

Games Room

On the lower level you will find a large, open plan games room with comfortable seating, a pool table and table tennis table. All helpful to keep active bodies occupied!



Accommodation Exterior:

You will be able to capture sunshine all day on the extensive pool terrace, enjoying sensational views whilst lazing on the sun loungers. There is a covered terrace area for those tasty barbecues cooked on the brick built BBQ and all the Al fresco dining experiences you want to enjoy.

There are bedrooms and bathrooms on ground level, together with kitchen and living areas. A few steps lead down to the pool area.

Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of GBP15 per week, per item.



Cleaning Service:

Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.



Location:

Puerto Calero is an exclusive Marina with a fabulous selection of privately owned boats located in a sheltered bay. The Marina, which boasts an impressive range of boutiques, bars and restaurants is in a beautiful, privileged setting with views to the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. This is the place to be pampered, enjoying a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities.

The busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5 minute drive away or you can take the taxi boat from the Marina to the Old Town harbour. There are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily.



Car Hire:

This is not essential if you are happy to remain in Puerto Calero as the Marina is only a few minutes walk away. However it could be an advantage if you are planning to visit the different resorts or see the many sights the island has to offer

Fabulous Villa

Can’t fault anything about the Villa, very spacious and the views are amazing. Quite a steep walk up the hill from the marina but literally takes 10 mins. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.
