"Friendly and happy staff in all areas which says a lot about how the hotel is run. Had my room unexpectedly upgraded on arrival due to a fault found with the originally booked room. The room I had did have a small issue with the private jacuzzi leaking but no major issues. Food and drink were excellent throughout my stay.
