istanbula yakın bir lokasyon olduğu için tercih ediliyor özellikle çocuklu aileler için .lakin alınan tüm tedbirlere rağmen çocuk havuzundan bebekler beta virüsü aldı -çünki aileler maalesef bilinçsiz. Yemekleri fazla çeşitli değil lakin kişinin beklentisi ile ilgili bir durum.konu karın doyurmak ise yeterince yeterli. bayanlar havuzunda çalışan adı animasyon olan ekibin elinden mikrofunuda alırlarsa ,eminim giden insanlar biraz kafa dinleyebilir.animasyon demek çok sesli müzik yayını demek değildir eğitimide verilmeli. öte tarafdan havuz etrafındaki temizlik iyiydi. lakin herşey dahil bir tesisde plastik şezlong üstüne minder konmaması hakikaten müşterinin rahatı düşünülüyormu ? sorusunu da sordurdu bana - odalarda kullanılan yayı üstten görünen yatakları düşünmek dahi istemiyorum - bu durumda tesettür bayanların havuza rahatça girebilmesi ve müzik eşliğinde kına gecesi mantığında havuz kenarında eğlenmesi ise tatil amacı - tüm bu olumsuz şartlara rağmen gidilebilir bir tesis olarak gidilebilir.

Personal ist sehr freundlich besteht zum größten Teil aus Jugendlichen. Hamam und die Sauna sind angenehm genauso wie die Schwimmbäder Ausstattung ist sehr einfach (billig) gehalten. Gläser sind alle aus Flecken besetzten Plastik, Teller und Plastik Gläser sind immer nass. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten,sauber, zum Teil haben die Decken löcher, Handtücher flecken an den Ecken. Habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt und es tut mir sehr leid um des Geldes.

Everything was very nice. Beds were comfortable, facilities & food were amazing. Only thing I did not like is that cleanliness is upon request, otherwise the room is not cleaned daily.

Need some improvement to be perfect

The say was good the location and the hotel place is great but the hotel is not clean as it must be especially the restaurant . the food also need improvement . the kids injoy all types of things there recommended for kids.

An Imazing resort

An imazing atmosphere with friendlly staff. The shalet was sea facing with a beautiful view. The only one note I have that the dinner time start and end very early 7:30-9:30 P.M. so that I missed it for 3 days.

Hayal kırıklığı

Büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. 3 yetişkin iki çocukla 4 günlük tatil yapmak için Rizoma gittik. Ama 3.gün tatilimizi bitirmek zorunda kaldık. Temizlik için 2 gün üst üste aramamiza rağmen gelinmedi. 5 kişinin kaldığı 40 m2 bir odada temizlik yapılmadı. Havlular çarşaflar değişmedi. Para iadesi yapılmadı. Resmen bizi erken çıkmaya mecbur ettiler. Otelde iki şey çok iyiydi. Havuzlar ve yemekler. Onun dışında kocaman bir hayal kırıklığ. Denize sıfır ama denize girmeyi bırakın kıyısında çay içmek bile mümkün değil. Deniz yosunlardan dolayı çok kirli ve kokuyor. Otelin genel müdürü ise şikayetleri dikkate almayan önyargılı ve hata kabul etmiyen birisi. Zira çıkıştan sonra şikâyetlerimize kulaklarını tıkadı. Ve hatta bizi suçladı. Kişisel tavsiyem bu tatil köyüne gidilmez. Ve bir daha bedava bile olsa asla gelmem. Temizliğe 10 üzerinden versem versem 2 veririm. Duştan akan suyla musluktan akan su aynı değil. Süt soğutmak için bir kaba duştan su koyduk biberondaki sütü soğutmak maksadıyla, su açık kahve rengiydi. Tahminimce yağmur suyu. Ama dikkat edilmeli. Oğlum ishal oldu. Hak yemek istemem sudan mı emin değiliz ama su temiz değil. Kısacası orda tatil yapmak isteyenler varsa 10 kere daha düşünsün.

L hôtel est un ensemble de cabanes situé sur un terrain gazonné tout pres de la plage,les repas sont servis à volonté avec un large choix,seulement il n y avait pas de draps dans la chambre et uniquement deux couvertures pour quatre personnes,sinon le reste c était bon dans l ensemble
