"What a wonderful stay! My husband and I had an amazing time here. The staff were so polite and kind, the food was amazing, and the room so spacious and clean. We also used their private onsen, which was so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!"

The bathroom / shower are small, but were clean and served their purposes. The women’s onsen was very relaxing and much needed after a day at the Snow Monkey Park. My family and I enjoyed our stay. "Room was massive, double the size of any room we have stayed in in Japan. Pillows had both Western and traditional Japan options. Fiona was encompassed in a fitted sheet (never seen this before) but kept us all warm even when it was sub 0 outside. Room had access to outdoor area, exclusive to the room, which had table and chairs. As it was an insensitive, there was only a toilet in the room - all showering had to be done downstairs in the onsen. Onsen was boiling hot - too hot for most of our group. Tip - if you don’t want to keep pushing the button to keep the water going har a shower in the onsen on the left. Location wise was great too - couple of minutes to the train (although up a very steep hill) and near lots of restaurants and the bus for the Snow Monkeys. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."
