  • The Sands resort at Beach side encases units in a new development located opposite Pippi Beach and offers luxury accommodation for a relaxing holiday. These units include a security garage and are situated within a secure complex. Features of the resort include a tennis court, BBQ and in-ground pool.

    The Sands 59 has three bedrooms, main with ensuite and access to courtyard, and two Single beds in the second and third bedrooms.

    Large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area opens onto a courtyard area, which has access to the Meditation Area.

    Equipped with all modern conveniences, this unit promises a wonderful relaxing holiday.

    Enjoy all that The Sands and Yamba has to offer, there's a good chance you won't want to leave!

    * Linen is supplied at this property. You will need bring your own Beach towels.
    * We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.

Shower rose in ensuite clogged and unusable, 3 of the 4 longe recliner seats didn’t work, tv in main bedroom didn’t work and drier made an intermittent banging noise. Paid top dollar for what was described as “luxury” accommodation. We were so disappointed we left a day early
