"I had the one of a kind King Suite with Jacuzzi hot tub. Esthetically, the room looked nice but underneath was outdated and many issues. The blinds would not close down so no privacy and everyone (23 people in the pool this day) could see inside, air conditioning was not working, toilets make horrible screeching sounds, mold on carpet where water damage was, air conditioning up high over the door where can fall , and Jacuzzi had to use ChatGPT to operate, the room is from the 80’s. Oh and there is a water leak as well on faucet to Jacuzzi. However, THE MAIN STAFF BOTH NIGHTS WERE EXCELLENT AND DID THEIR VERY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE ME. I was on crutches and there was no elevator to my room, they helped me a lot and were very attentive to my needs. The room has maintenance issues above their control. I paid over 1k for two nights so expect the owner to ensure that room is perfect. Thanks"

"My wife and I have stayed at The Sandcastle Hotel numerous times. It never disappoints. The location, on the beach and close to shops and restaurants is prime. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Our oceanfront room, having recently been renovated, was comfortable and clean."

"BEACH: Seacrest is an awesome place to stay. Not so close to the pier that you have the constant noise but close enough to walk along the beach to the pier. Walk includes watching seagulls carry clams high in the air and drop on the hard sand for a meal, to finding sand dollars (dead ones only) on the beach. Beach area is accessible via 95 steps right from the property and is away from most of the tourists. FOOD: Breakfast was awesome as well with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and pancakes. Includes many other items as well as fresh baked cookies daily at 3pm. Plenty of parking and having Blast & Brew right on site makes the opportunity for a quick bite or full meal readily available. STAFF: Great staff, very friendly and ready to address any issues that may arise. (We had problem with the remote for TV and was corrected immediately). Clean and comfortable rooms that were cared for by attentive staff. Definitely going back"

"The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We arrived around 4:00 PM, an hour after the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, but unfortunately our room was not yet ready when we arrived. We primarily used the hotel as a place to sleep and did not take advantage of any of the amenities. While the hotel served that purpose, the cleanliness of our room left something to be desired. The bed sheets appeared to have been put on inside out, there was chocolate on the floor near the entrance, a sticky residue on the mini fridge door, and hair shavings in one of the bathroom sinks upon arrival. Overall, the staff provided great service, but the condition of the room did not meet expectations and could benefit from more thorough housekeeping."
