"The room was kept clean and tidy. There was almost everything included for a family stay for the rate we received. Additionally, as I mentioned it is my wife's birthday the property even included a surprise gift for us. That was a surprise for us and really enjoyed it! Always recommending the Clarion Suites by Choice Hotels and it would be a shame not mentioning about the amazing view of the Yarra River and the Melbourne Skyline from the River view room we received. Thank you so much for it! I would hopefully go to a higher level next time! :-) "

"Absolutely incredible stay — hands down the best hotel I’ve ever experienced in Melbourne! The entire place was immaculate, from the facilities to the welcoming vibe. The scent as soon as you walk in is divine, and every staff member was so kind and attentive. A special shout-out to Vesna for her outstanding customer service, warmth, and a good laugh. The pool and gym are stunning, and the amenities have everything you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go-to spot for future work trips. I can’t wait to return and experience the spa next time!"
