"Very good location and breakfast was nice enough (though probably better going out and getting a local spot). Many miscommunications with the staff and misleading room descriptions (king bed is not truly a king bed). Desk staff was inefficient and check in takes a long time. They additionally advertise a private tour that reportedly included entrance fees but this turned out to not be true. Would not stay here again."

"The location was excellent, with all the major attractions and lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The breakfast provided a good selection of items to start the day off. All the staff we came across were helpful and friendly. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Titanic City Taksim. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way and turned out to be much better than we had anticipated. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of options, and we especially enjoyed the quality and presentation. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"Room with main front street unbelievable small hard to walk, nowhere to put laggage, bed very low with matress that sure belongs to a low budget hostel, not for a supposed to be 5 stars hotel !!! This hotel rooms, beds and bathrooms are one of the worst i have stayed !!! 5 stars is a joke, unceptable , lobby looks nice but the rest is purely deceiving !!! Breakfast mediocre, plus if your spouse isn't well and can't go to breakfast, you aren't allowed to get a croissant to the room, simply prohibited !!! Also hotel rule, No Food allowed from outside !!! Laughable indeed !!! "
