I had rented 2 rooms on the 28th of March. Rooms 105 and 106. I took photos of the condition of room 105. Stains on the walls, bathroom ceiling had stains. Toilet roll holder was missing. Dead bugs were visible in the light. The only positive remark about the room the sheets were clean.
Room 106 was filthly. Some one wiped the mirror and Flat screen with dirty water. Unknown stains on the walls and ceiling. My guests refused to stay in the room. I went back to the clerk and told him about my concerns. The clerk gave me keys to room 110. I went into the room and the lights didn't work. My guests left the property and went to the Hampton across the street. They had to pay $246 for the night.
I told the clerk that I was only paying for one room and the my guests left. In the morning the clerk gave me a receipt for
room 105. I asked the clerk if he charged just the one room, he said yes.
Surprise, three days later 2 charges for $71.00 showed up on my credit card for 2 rooms. I've been attempting to get the charge off my card.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
