"Didn't realise it was self check in but really easy to do- had to ring a number to get a key code but the lady was really helpful and talked me through the process of gaining access so really easy and straightforward. Great overnight stay and parking onsite. Central location so great for shopping in the town centre."

"We stayed in April in a really lovely room. This time the room we stayed in was in need of a lick of paint. Was very tired lookingCurtains that didnt hang correctly due to missing hooks. A little disappointing this time."

"This Ibis whilst in the middle of an industrial estate is ideally located and convenient for a stop-off stay. The hotel is clean, modern and breakfast was excellent. We had our evening meal there and again food was fabulous. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, especially Joel, who was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if needed a stop off stay."

"The hotel was amazing. I especially liked NOT having an adjoining room, and the room was so quiet. Great that they had air conditioning too. All the supplies in the room were restocked every day. The sheets on the bed were of great quality, as were the towels. We had fresh water bottles every day plus there was a filtered water dispenser down the corridor."

"This was my third time staying at the hotel. It’s a good location with good links to Bridgewater, Western super mare and Taunton. Plenty of parking. The restaurant services a good selection of high quality food with plenty of choices as well as bar with an excellent selection of ales and ciders. The accessible rooms are a good size. Room 16 has a wet room with shower. There is only a hand rail. There is no shower seat and the toilet does not have any grab rails. The staff are very helpful and attentive. It was good to see the same staff as our previous stays last year. Looking forward to returning in the future."

"Some grime and stains in the bathroom on tbe floor and toilet but nothing major. Mainly a staffless hotel so not really able to score the staff hence the middle rating Nice location and very large room with everything you need available."
