"Plenty of room our group as 6 kids 7 adults. Tracye was very helpful, she grabbed us groceries on the day of our arrival flight. She responds promptly, gave options for our group. Space was clean, cut my non food shopping list down as many items were present and plentiful. There is nature as you are in the foothills of the rainforest, our group was not bothered. We loved it and will book again."

"Nice hotel but there was water damage in our room from the water going everywhere when people shower. Breakfast was simple, just cereal, waffle maker, and toast. They do supply bottled water, which we appreciated. Not insulated very well from noise. The frogs were very loud but I found it to be quite peaceful- my issue was the person staying below us out on the balcony all night talking loudly and smoking weed. Obviously, that is not the fault of the property but better sound insulation is recommended. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing - I cannot say enough good things! We especially loved the deck off the kitchen it's the perfect spot for morning coffee and the view is just breathtaking. Our group of 10 ate all our meals out there as well! The pool area is also amazing - the pictures do not do it justice. Ric was a great host and helped us plan a wonderful vacation with a guided tour of El Yunque and a private boat charter to Palamino. One of the best VRBO's we've ever rented!"

"Fabulous everything! The view, the ever accommodating and kind-hearted host, and the thoughtful amenities were the best. Sugar for coffee, salt and pepper on the table, pits and pans of all sorts, and even a big drawer of storage containers for leftovers. The layout was great, with several pleasant places for congregating, a nicely arranged kitchen, and a half bath by the pool. We were a group of 16 adults, all family members, and we did breakfast and at least one other meal at the house. All of us loved it. "
