"Unfortunately the bungalow 202, which we had booked in Sonai was very smelly so it was not acceptable for us to stay there for the 4 nights we booked. In general the Mumbu Sonai branch is pretty run down and heavily overpriced for what it has to offer. I have to say though that the staff was really helpful, especially Ayumi (arigato gozaimasu), trying to find alternatives during peak season which resulted in us staying in 4 different places for the 4 nights we spent on the island, which was ok...

"スタッフの気配りが素晴らしく、通りすがりには必ず挨拶をしてくれるなど、接客態度は非常に好印象。 部屋は広く清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。立地も空港の目の前で、アクセスは抜群です。 一方で、いくつか改善してほしい点もあります。 駐車場が砂利敷きのため、スーツケースを運びづらいこと。受付は時間帯によってはかなり待たされることがあります。また、プレハブの受付はエアコン稼働中でも暑く、快適とは言えません。 さらに、部屋に行くまでに大きな段差があり、誰でも利用しやすい施設とは言えない点も気になりました。段差解消のために樹脂製パレットを多用しているようですが、最も通る場所のパレットが割れており、鋭利な状態に。引っ掛ければ大怪我につながりかねません。安全面を考慮し、早急な修繕を求めます。"
