This was our 20th year vacationing in York Beach and this house did not disappoint. We appreciated the ease of check-in and the cleanliness of this beautiful home. It was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the area; bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon & towels.Great outdoor space & ample parking for our 2 families. This was our 4th time staying on this property and as usual had a wonderful family vacation. The house is spacious and fit all 11 of us easily. The location is great - only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this house for a large family.

Had a great time :)

House was nice and clean with plenty of room for all 14 of us. Beach was a short walk away and we were blessed with fine weather. This was our first time at York Beach but we loved the place and the people!

Great location and Owners!!!!

This is our 4th year staying in this property. We absolutely love it. Pamela and Mike are fantastic owners, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our kids look forward to coming to York and staying in the house. We also rent the house next door for my SIL and her family so the kids can get together with their cousins. The property is well maintained and they supply so much stuff for the beach, bikes, ping pong(the kids love playing on a rainy day or when we get back from the beach) and the house is fully stocked with everything you need. It’s walking distance to the shops and Short Sands. It’s a great house in a great location.

Wedding at Union Bluff

We absolutely loved our stay! Mikes communication was top notch, the house was beautiful and had so many fun surprises (bikes, ping pong table, games, etc) it was such a close walk to union bluff for the wedding that we attended. I realized that parking looked a little limited but our hosts worked with us to figure out parking spots. I would definitely rent again if I were in the area.

Wonderful family vacation home

We stayed with extended family and had plenty of room for the twelve of us. The home is clean, has everything you could imagine for a beach vacation and is an ideal location. It’s a short walk to the very cute downtown area and to Short Sands Beach. We look forward to coming back!!

This condo was perfect for our Mother/Daughter weekend getaway. It’s clean, was very roomy for us 6 adults,had everything we needed, and a very short walk to Short sands. We even got to meet the owner who was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with and accommodating.We will definitely stay here again.

10/10 stay

This house was a great find - large, clean, reasonably priced, and a great location, with only a 5-10 minute walk to a town center with food, a beach, shops, and activities, and short drives to more restaurants, antique stores, and fun activities. House was very clean and well-stocked, there was just no body wash in the entire house so we did need to buy a bottle. My one other issue is that we had to wash towels before checking out - a bit of a hassle after hosting a big group and needing to check out before 9:30. Other than the soap and the towels, great house with a great location, I highly recommend.

Girls' Weekend

Great spending time together with the girls. The house is will laid out and easily accommodates 9 women and three kids. This is our fifth time staying here and will be biking for next year soon!

Amazing Hosts

Mike and Pam were incredibly responsive with the many outreaches we did for our weekend away! This was our third year renting this beautiful home and we already know we want to go back! The location is perfect to York, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. The home is spacious, they supply everything you need for a weekend/week away and the bedroom are huge!

Family friendly

The host was friendly and easy to get a hold of. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities. I was amazed at the fully stocked kitchen and extras like, garbage bags and toilet paper. The bedrooms were large and easily accommodated our large family.

Perfect!

This house was well appointed. It had everything we needed and more. We were an extended family of 8 and there was more than enough space, with excellent amenities. The location was perfect for a family wedding at The Union Bluff. We were able to walk within 7 minutes. The hosts were exceptional. They were very quick to respond to our questions prior to our stay. We would highly recommend this home to a large family, looking to stay in York.

Wedding Weekend

We booked the house for our wedding party for the weekend of our wedding. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone and still felt extremely spacious. The house had everything you need for a vacation. The rooms were so big, the beds were comfy, and everything was so clean. The location was so close to the beach that we were able to walk home from our wedding venue. I communicated with Mike mostly and he was very nice. He allowed us to check in early and leave late, which was great due to travel schedules of everyone staying with us. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in York

5th year staying here!

The house is perfect--clean, beautiful and walking distance to so much! Mike and Pam are also extremely nice, responsive, and very accommodating. Not to mention, they have thought of everything you might need to have a nice vacation (bikes, games, towels, beach gear, etc)...which makes packing much easier. There is a reason we stay here every year!!

The Wedding of the Year !

Hi. My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks during August 2024. We travelled over from Ireland to celebrate the Wedding of our son . We needed a house that would accommodate our whole family and the groom and his new wife after the Wedding. This house was exactly what we needed and Mike and was very helpful and provided us with anything we needed, including a new electric kettle , something not found in many US homes. I would recommend this house if you are looking for the perfect location, plenty of space and its also very close to the center of the town. It has everything you could possibly need. Its got it all and we will be back .. thanks Mike.

Great location!

We love this rental! This was our second year staying here. There is plenty of space for our family of adult children and significant others. The bedrooms are large, the beds comfortable and no wobbly bunk beds. It is always very clean and well-cared for. The location is perfect with just a quarter mile walk to Short Sands. The table tennis in the garage was a big hit!

Family Vacation

We spent a lovely week at Pam & Mike's house which is very well located, within walking distance of Short Sands Beach, shops and parks for young and old and also a few miles from the grocery store and places to visit. This place was perfect for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren); we were 16 people (from 4 years old to 72 years old). The bedrooms are spacious and the living room is pleasant to spend time with the whole family. The 3 bathrooms are well appointed, there are plenty of towels for the house and the beach. The backyard is big and we played badminton and Mölkky. The ping-pong table was used a lot. We would recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for great accommodation in a quiet, clean location and very friendly owners. Mike informed us that there would be fireworks on Sunday evening at Short Sands; These fireworks were wonderful. Thanks for everything Mike & Pam

Family Vacation

Overall, it was a convenient and lovely place to stay. The bedrooms are spacious, and the living area was nice to spend time with the whole family. It was nice having 3 bathrooms with so many people, as well as plenty of towels for the house and the beach. If you have feather allergies (like a few people in our party), the couches/chairs or the pillows were feather stuffed. Though the property is shared with a second rental (two separate homes connected by the garages), it was quiet and spacious. I do wish there were two fire pits instead of one. The family that stayed next to us was super friendly, but it felt a bit weird like we were intruding when using the shared fire pit. The yard is huge, and we set up spike ball and played volleyball. There is a ping pong table that got a lot of use. There were also several bikes, beach toys/shovels, some beach chairs and a stroller in case you'd rather leave yours at home. It was great only being a short 10 min walk to the beach and shops (paid parking can add up). If you have a lot to bring to the beach, you can pull in the parking lot (with no cost) to drop everyone/everything off, drive home and then walk to the beach.

Very convenient to the beach

The stairs are very noisy. The master suite hears everything going on in the house. We all enjoyed our stay. Located near short sands, long sands beach and not far from perkins cove and Ogunquit 👍 the children enjoyed the ping pong table! All in all we loved the place ❤️

Perfect place for all generations!

This is our 3rd stay at Mike and Pam’s property in York Beach - and we’re already looking forward to next year! This place continues to be perfect for our 3 generations of family. Our older generation has limited mobility, so the first floor king bedroom with en suite is a must. The 2.5 bathrooms are also a must as are roomy, oversized bedrooms for multiple generation to use. The decor is cheerful and location can’t be beat! A quick walk to Short Sands beach and the quintessential beach downtown is wonderful with younger kids and for teens and adults. Would recommend this place without hesitation for anyone looking for a large place in a prime location which is clean, well-stocked, and great property management!

Perfect for our family trip

This was a perfect spot to stay for our family trip with kids and grandkids - 11 of us in all. The location of the house allowed both trips north up the coast of Maine, and trips south to Boston, Concord, and Salem. Everything necessary for family entertainment (ping-pong table, tv, firepit) was close at hand. There were even bicycles and helmets in the garage! The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and trips to the beach. Thank you Pamela and Mike!
