"We had a fantastic two night stay at this hotel which had everything we needed from a comfortable bed, clean and well equipped rooms to a breakfast that could not be faulted. This hotel was well located for us with a Toby Carvery next door, with a huge shopping complex approx 5 minutes drive away, with all your well named high street stores M&S, Primark etc. even a Cinema and bowling alley and a varied choice of restaurants. If travelling into York, leave the car at the hotel, an Uber to York Minster cost less than £9 and took all the hassle out of trying to find a place to park and getting us to where we needed to be. All the staff were extremely friendly nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Thank you for such a huge Yorkshire welcome and would not hesitate with recommending this hotel to family and friends and will definitely be returning."
