It was good to have a fridge in our room so that we could keep some drinks cold. We found that not many hotel rooms have a fridge which was a shock to us as all Australian accommodation

This room was spacious and clean, and within close proximity to the train station, bus stop and dining options. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

The room is spacious and amazing, complete with a bathtub! It’s very close to the train station, and the staff are nice. However, there were some annoying issues: the noise from the fan was bothersome; you had to request daily cleaning as it isn’t mandatory. I stayed for two nights and ran out of tissue on the second morning. Additionally, there was no phone to connect directly to reception.

During a 12-day rail trip around England, this was one of eight stops along the way. I prioritized locations within short walks from a train station throughout the trip, and this property fit that plan. Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Check-In / Check-Out / Luggage Storage process was very smooth.

The room was spacious but had a family of large spiders and cobwebs living in it. The carpet was dirty around the beds and the walls had not been wiped down from cobwebs in what I can only assume is a very long time. One staff(Ben) came to help and cleaned the best he could. He was kind and agreed it was not okay. There was a sign for a free breakfast. When we asked the front desk where it could be found she offered directions. (It was in the south location) but the breakfast was no longer free as of that morning. When we returned to the original front desk lady she denied telling us it was free. The lady in the restaurant was the manager of the south location and apologized for the state of our room and said if we packed up our bags they would move us to a different room. When we arrived back in the evening we were told due to there being no free rooms they couldn’t move us. They did a more thorough job cleaning our room while we were out. The spiders and uncleanliness of the room was one thing. It was the complete lack of empathy or customer service at this location that has me ranking it so low. While I appreciate it is a budget hotel it is definitely not a 3 star as advertised.

Very poor condition. Staff couldn’t care less. Filthy. No parking available. Oh and the smell !! Pictures in advertisement do not reflect condition. Poor state of repair. Did not stay. Parking offsite expensive and long walk to hotel. Take it or leave it attitude.

Dirty, tissue paper for toilet, only 2 towels, no wash cloths, extremely dusty, very noisy, the air didn’t work, shower curtain didn’t even cover half the shower. We told the front desk we didn’t want to even stay two days and she said they don’t work for Expedia and she couldn’t do anything about it. We only stayed the nite it was so bad Also your site says everything is included. It wasn’t we had to pay for parking. The staff at front desk were unprofessional and it was filthy. Honestly we should get a full refund at the very least the nite we didn’t stay. We will never recommend this place or to book using your service.

Minha esposa e eu temos mais de 64 anos e fomos colocados em um apartamento no segundo andar, com vários degraus para subir com malas. A rede wi-fi oscilava muito e o sinal era baixo, praticamente impossibilitando seu uso. O apartamento era pequeno mas nos atendeu satisfatoriamente, pois tinha uma boa cama e bons travesseiros
