"Breakfast was great, room was clean and spacious with a kitchen and cooking supplies, pool was warm. We had a great stay and didn’t want to check out. Could tell the lady making the breakfast and keeping it running cared and I trusted her! Loved our stay!!"

"We wenr ro Charlotte for hubby's birthday weekend getaway. The first room had a smell in it and the door would not close easily,we switch rooms. The second room was much better and fresh. However the carpet was stained. The silver elevator doors are not clean. The complimentary coffee stays cold. But since we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel it was okay. The staff is very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre."

"It was clean, tidy, and for the most part what is expected. I did have a hard time with breakfast in the mornings as the staff was not willing to ask the kitchen what was gluten free. Wouldn't suggest staying here if you have any allergies."

"Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss."
