"My room was not the cleanest. The facility had construction going on that was not told to me previously. There was also no room service available and the pools were not available for use. I would not have stayed here if I had know this. My neighbors were loud. Really want a refund. "

There were several wet spots on the carpet black marks inside and outside of the toilet. The toilet lifted off of the ground every time you sat down and stood up it looked as if it had been caulked at the base to try to “fix” the problem. The shower floors were stained brown. The wall paneling was falling down. There was sticky clear substances on the nightstand and we found a booger stuck to the head board as we removed a few pillows to lay down. "

"Had a very rude latina lady first day . Ag thw front desk. We were treated so badly that i would have left had i not had a reservation. . I travel alot for work and have NEVER been treated like that ANYWHERE . Rude and entitled and not helpful at all. We were tryin to check in early after a long flight. Which is normally just fine. When her shift was over . An hour later. A lovely man. Helped us and got us right in. After that it was great stay. That woman should not work in customer service. . "
