A special shout-out goes to the breakfast service staff, Glenn T. He truly went above and beyond to provide wonderful service every morning. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made breakfast the highlight of my day. My room was very clean especially the bathroom with like new sink faucet & bathtub. Very convenient location with nearby restaurants & airport. Highly recommended for anyone who values top-tier service!"

"This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at where they ran out of towels. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights and we requested new towels and were told they did not have anymore and when some were finished washing we would receive some and never did. We had to ask several times before we received our towels. Our rooms were never refreshened the whole trip. The tub and the toilet had stains. You also have to pay for parking and when they have conferences you have to park across the street in the over flow parking lot. It also smells weird."
