"Overall our stay was nice, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Our disappointment came in around the strong fragrance in the lobby which was surprising. The other disappointment was the washroom in our room it was very basic, considering the thoughtful design of the lobby and the washrooms located in the lobby. As this was our third hotel and most expensive The room could have been nicer.u the basic washroom with the cream shower curtain."

"They supply everything required for your stay, including pajamas, hair and sanitary products, and face masks. The room remained consistently clean, though you must ask for cleaning services. After a long day of walking, we appreciated returning to fresh sheets and a cloud-like bed that felt exceptionally comfortable."

"I had a great few nights stay at the Washington Shinjuku hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were very helpful. The room itself was very small, which was not a problem, however a couple of hangers on a rail or a couple of shelves to arrange some clothes would be beneficial. Shower pressure was excellent. For a solo traveller with minimal luggage, the single room is ideal and I would recommend, but for a couple it would be quite tight. ****"
