The kitchen faces the entrance gate with views of the house on a hill where you'll find a table for 6. Although you may be tempted to take your meal outside to the patio's dining table, which also seats at least 6.

• POOL
The pool can be requested to be heated during April-October. There is a $50 per night fee that is mandatory during the entire stay if pool heating is wanted. Please let us know with 48-hour advance notice so we can turn on the heater for your stay!
• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
The road to the house is a dirt road. An SUV wont be needed as they are maintained dirt roads but they can be a little bumpy.
• PETS
Pets are allowed at this property please check the house rules for fees.
• A/C & Heater
The home is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
There is a fire pit at this location and it can be used all year long as it is propane!!
• HOT TUB and POOL - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub/water features.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
