ワンフロアの部屋はいっぱいでしたので、メゾネットタイプで残念でした。 チェックアウトした後、部屋のティッシュの箱がなくなり、お持ちになりませんかと電話がありました。 チェックインの前にセット確認していたのでしょうか？ 楽しい旅行が気分が悪くなりました。 その後、何の連絡もありません。 二度と宿泊したくありません。

Excellent choice for relaxation

The overall conditions of the hotel is very good including cleanliness, food,decoration and service. The only drawback is the hotel is a bit remote, it is inconvenient if you do not drive.

Lovely stay

We stayed at Kinmonco twice, and loved it both times. It's a short taxi ride to the ryokan, tucked away from the main area, but if you're looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay this is the place. The food was excellent, and our little villa had its own hot spring but the family hot springs were good too. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, and if we visit Yufuin in the future we will definitely stay here again.

최고의 료칸 !

최고의 료칸입니다. 정말 많이 고민하다가 선택했는데 숙박비가 아깝지 않을만큼 너무 좋았어요. 직원들은 처음부터 끝까지 넘나 젠틀하게 대해주셨어요. 독채가 아닌 테라스형이었지만 다른 료칸들에 비해 훨씬 컸어요. 긴몬코에서 가장 맘에 들었던것은 하나하나 신경쓴듯한 수많은 소품들이었어요. 특히 부들부들한 생활복과 점퍼, 실내화는 사오고 싶을정도로 너무 좋았습니당. 담요도 너무 예쁘고 따듯했어요. 사전에 게스트 성별을 물어보길래 왜인지 궁금했는데 옷은 물론 어메니티까지 여성용, 남성용 귀여운 파우치에 따로 담아두셨어요. 온천도 작은전세탕에서 한번, 큰전세탕에서 한번, 객실내 온천에서 한번 세번이나 했는데 다 너무 좋았어요. 가이세키도 정갈하고 깔끔하게 나왔는데 하나하나 다 맛있었어요. 메뉴 나올때마다 친절히 설명해주십니당. 단하나 아쉬운것은 송영버스가 없어서 오가는데 택시비가 든다는점이지만 그것외엔 모두 완벽했어요. 묵는 사람들은 일본인, 한국인, 중국인 다양했어요. 그치만 식사할때 빼고는 딱히 다른 숙박객과 마주치진 않았어요! 다음에도 꼭 한번 더 묵으려구요 !

Really great!! Clean, kind, comfortable, great room and amenity, Great food (personally little bit sugarly to me). Difficult to access (no pick up servise but hard to get taxi) and relatively far from tourist site. But I will gradly visit again for relaxation.

Quiet and private

Every villa has its own tub and also the family onsens are for private uses, the restaurant is also divided into sections so you barely meet anyone. Quiet and private - suitable for anyone who needs it. Very sincerly prepared Kaiseki and breakfast. Everyday different and a bigger course than I expected. You can walk to Kinrinko and it'snot so far of a taxi ride from the station. Really enjoyed our stay, would definetly visit again. But would rather choose to stay in the other villas than Akebino since it felt a bit small.
