The hotel has a beautiful outdoor terrace and the location is excellent. The concierge was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and organizing transportation to and from the airport. The downside is that you have to carry your bags up the stairs - in our case 2 stories. The rooms are a bit on the small side but nice.

Short stay

Super location for seeing the main square. Very friendly staff, and special mention to Davor who made our stay even better. Great job man! Great coffee at breakfast. Hotel has a lot of charm as expected for an older property. Room AC wasn't working, but not a huge issue - we just opened a window on an evening.

Great comfortable hotel in pedestrian area at heart of the city. Courtyard makes the rooms very quiet in a busy area. Secure parking a five minute walk away. Would have liked a better choice of teas and coffee in the room, but otherwise a great choice.

Mostly a good experience.

The room is a bit small for the enormous bed. A smaller bed and more sitting space would be better. Even though we hung up our towels, they were replaced, which is not eco-friendly. There is no elevator, so one needs to carry luggage up stairs to get to the room. Breakfast (included) was fine. The location is very good, within easy walking distance of both the upper and the lower towns of Zagreb.
