Very nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly receptionist. We enjoyed our stay, the pool was very nice. This hotel is near port and city center. Better if you have a car, but parking can be challenging especially in the evenings.
Nice hotel with pool and access to the beach. Good air condition better than big hotels I have been. The hotel staff were very welcoming helpful and friendly. Nice view with good breakfast. Walkable to Agrassi town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Take a Train tour in front of The Legends to Zakynthos town return.
I will recommend Nefeli hotel to my family and friends.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and lovely breezy terrace overlooking the sea for meals. The ‘beach’ is not really sandy, and nowhere to sit on it but by the pool, a narrow approach into the sea, but there is sand in the sea 1m after you get into the water and it goes far, so we enjoyed swimming. The pool is nice , well maintained.
This was my first solo trip, and I was initially skeptical and terrified at the thought of traveling alone. However, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly understanding of my anxieties, which turned out to be unnecessary, and they assisted me throughout my visit. Everyone at the hotel took incredible care of me, from recommending activities to arranging transportation and everything in between. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the extraordinary and beautiful island of Zakynthos, whether traveling alone or with someone.

It was close to towns that we can travel too and mainly the beach is well
Really lovely quiet hotel clean, lovely staff and the pool is lovely, had it to ourselves most days and it is in the sun all the day, but plenty of shade if required, the beach is shale so shoes are needed, breakfast was always fresh lots of fruit yogurt toast meats cheese fried eggs bacon etc lovely pastries too. No real complaints about this hotel would definitely stay again, 15 min walk to town with no paths but plenty or room in road to walk safely down, views are stunning from rooms and breakfast diner, would highly recommend and would definitely go back

The price of cofee was absurd When the price of breakfast was includes i paied 50 euro of extra
The hotel is vastly overrated at three stars—I would give it only one star. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is awful: extremely cramped with a door that only opens halfway, rusted fixtures, mold around the tub, a cracked sink, and a cheap shower curtain bar that kept falling off. The linen sheets and towels are of the lowest quality.
Breakfast is mediocre, and the outdated coffee machine offers no selection of espresso, cappuccino, americano, etc. The coffee tastes bitter and rancid.
The closet seemed ready to fall apart, shaking and squeaking, with only three small hangers likely left behind by previous guests. This hotel in Zakynthos is a typical example of poor management and neglect. It is not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel.
