"Think a old North American Motel 8 with a all meals served buffet style a body temperature, and local drinks. Don’t order the mixed drinks unless you want to get drunk and a sugar high on a single drink. The food is edible/ just. The last night they went American on us for dinner with pre- made hamburgers and hot dogs- yuk. If you are old and want to sit around playing cards in an alcoholic daze and don’t have taste buds left- this is your home. A bus outside the hotel will take you into Chani where food is good and a nice restaurant is across the street. "

"This is a gem in the central Heraklion! Hotel itself is amazing with all the latest mod cons. We had a room with a pool in the room - the water was perfectly heated so we could enjoy it despite cool weather. The spa area is lovely and relaxing. It is not only the hotel that made the lasting impression - all the staff were amazing, tentative, helpful. You could say - it is their job, here however they go above and beyond!
