    Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

    Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.



    No matter the season, you and your party are sure to have a phenomenal time at this jewel of a home, located just a mile east of beautiful Lake Tahoe! Inside this spacious, two-level vacation rental, you'll find a sparkling chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, double wall oven, and a kegerator. Dine together or play board games at one of the indoor or outdoor tables with plenty of seating for your entire group. If it's time for a little friendly competition, rack up the balls and shoot some pool by the gas fireplace while you watch a game on the wall-mounted TV. Or pop up some popcorn and cozy up in the front living room where you can switch on the gas fireplace and watch a movie or a favorite show. This home also includes a private hot tub for the ultimate relaxation. And as for sleeping arrangements, there are six cozy bedrooms here for a grand total of two king-size beds, four queens, and one twin bunk for the kids.



    When it's time to visit the lake, Nevada Beach is just two miles west, perfect for frequent trips to the shore, while Zephyr Cove offers unique views and fun activities, less than three miles from your door! Visiting golfers will want to pack their clubs and take on the 18 lakeside holes at Edgewood, only three miles south. Winter guests will appreciate being just five miles from Heavenly Resort, which offers nine lifts leading to 97 trails with a range of difficulties. And don't forget to stop in Stateline for a little adult gaming action at the Hard Rock, Harrah's, and Montbleu, a little over two miles away.

Nice Lake Tahoe Stay

We rented the property for a bachelorette and had a lot of fun! There was plenty of room for everyone although the kitchen is laid out very oddly which made navigating the kitchen and cooking a bit complicated. The house doesn’t have AC, which probably would have been better to have for our group of Midwesterner’s in the summer. Overall a good stay for a big group!

This is great house for a big group! We didn't have to worry about anything. Trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, even shampoo and conditioner were all provided...plenty of bath towels, hot tub towels, a great kitchen and BBQ. The pool table was a hit, and the hot tub was fantastic! The location was perfect to meet everyone's needs - close to Heavenly skiing, Heavenly village, the Lake and casinos. The hosts were immediately available and responsive to any and all questions. A very good experience - thank you, Vacasa!

Nice space but a lot of issues

The rooms and house layout itself was very nice and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was great. The fireplaces did not work at all until a tech came out to fix one on our final day of the trip. The dishwasher required us to find and flip the circuit breaker for it every time we needed to use it. Multiple lights and outlets throughout the house did not work at all. When we arrived at the house it wasn't super clean, with random food items left scattered through the rooms from the previous guests, cobwebs in certain spots (master bedroom), and leaf inserts for the tables leaning against walls throughout the pool table room. All in all it got the job done for our group, but for what we paid I would have expected a better experience!

Unforgettable Bachelor Party Stay at South Lake Tahoe Gem!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning South Lake Tahoe rental, we knew we were in for a treat. The house welcomed us with its warm, inviting ambiance and spacious layout that comfortably accommodated all ten of us. The living room became our central hub for laughter and storytelling, with a cozy fireplace that set the perfect backdrop for our bachelor party festivities. The kitchen was a chef’s dream, equipped with everything we needed to cook up a storm for the crew. The bedrooms were sanctuaries of comfort, offering restful sleep after days filled with adventure. We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the house. The location couldn’t have been better – nestled in the heart of nature, yet close enough to the vibrant nightlife that South Lake Tahoe is famous for. Whether we were hitting the slopes, lounging by the lake, or exploring the local scene, everything was just a stone’s throw away. Our bachelor party was a resounding success, thanks in no small part to this fantastic vacation home. It was the perfect setting for creating memories that will last a lifetime. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Great overall

The house was spacious and comfortable for all 10 of us. I do wish that all the bedrooms could have had a fan-there were only 4. Some of the nights were pretty warm which made it difficult to sleep for those who didn’t have a fan. Who ever is the caretaker for this place may want to go around inside and outside to change out all the dead bulbs. The kitchen had plenty of storage with a pantry and lots of cupboards and drawers. Lots of silver ware, glassware, mugs, plates, bowls. Even the extras like crock pot, two coffee makers, blender, waffle iron, griddle, panini press. Note that there was no foil, plastic wrap, ziplocs-you May want to bring your own. What the kitchen could have used is a couple normal sized baking pans (there were 2 small cookie sheets) we could have used some oven mitts and dish rags. There were two dish towels. The pots and pans were that non stick type and they were peeling so I think it might be time to replace them. The dishwasher is not bolted in so it comes tilting out when you open up the door. The trash compactor really needs a thorough clean out or possibly taken out altogether. It’s a bit smelly and grimy. Aside from those two things the kitchen was really great. I do wish there were table and chairs outside. And I would have rather a second living area instead of the pool table room but that’s just my personal opinion. The games and puzzles were a great bonus as the last day on our vacation was very cold and rainy. Thank you for your home.
