Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. Great breakfast, staff very polite and helpful. I would stay here again if visiting Zermatt in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. After hiking and a long walk. They have amazing spa with a heated outdoor pool, indoor pools and jetted tubs. They offer a free shuttle pick you up at trian station. The room was nice and staff as well.

This is a fantastic hotel wonderful staff. We extended two days. We love you so much. The spa is amazing and the outdoor pool is warm with the incredible view of the Matterhorn

Beausite is the most beautiful, wonderful hotel we have ever stayed it. It was not only elegant and luxurious, but immaculately clean and impressively managed. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful with an incredible Matterhorn view. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. The Grill restaurant was so devine we enjoyed dinner there 4 times. The indoor and outdoor pools were unbelievable, what a view! We had the most incredible stay in Beausite! Highly recommended.

Very beautiful hotel right in the centre of Zermatt with everything very nearby. Well designed interior and very upgraded amnesties. Star of the hotels are all hotel staff members very helpful and understanding of every situation. Special mention to melania and all reception team, Kitchen staff and service manager and star of the hotel Lewis from Concierge. Very very helpful. Thank you for making our stay special.

Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. The treats in the room each day were so nice as well. Breakfast buffet was excellent-- I am a tea drinker and loved the tea station. Thank you for an excellent stay!
