This is our first time in Zermatt. This is a very good choice for ski season. We even can saw the Matterhorn every morning breakfast time from the hotel. The service is good. Kind and helpful.

The best hotel in Zermatt. The staff were so hospitable and friendly, the facilities were well-maintained and clean (we especially loved the wellness facilities) and enjoyed a Matterhorn view from our room. Loved every bit of our stay.

Very beautiful cozy hotel. Staff super friendly. Rooms very clean and beautiful. We stayed in family room and we loved it. Shuttle was available to the train station. Absolutely loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were well-appointed and we were treated to a view of the Matterhorn from our room. We enjoyed a relaxing drink at the bar patio where the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items. A wonderful stay all around.

AMAZING!!!

It was absolutely amazing. Very family friendly. Great locations. Staff went above and beyond. Little touches made all the difference. Breakfast was the best we had in all of Switzerland. This hotel is highly recommended

It’s a good, clean hotel with nice beds and healthy variety in breakfast. hotel is a little on the north side of the Centre which is helpful in making it noise free and peaceful. Free pick up and drop off from/to the station by booking is great and necessary as it’s a bit far from the station. Only downside is that the staff are not flexible with requests and we felt are too rigid with rules. Also no air conditioning but you can open the windows for cooler air during nights.

Most of the staff were very hospitable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the baths were a great way to relax and unwind. The free shuttle to and from the train station was a great help. I found the way some of the female staff at the front desk spoke to me intimidating. From the balcony of my second-floor room, I could see the Matterhorn from only the edge of the balcony, as the trees partially overlapped the mountain.
