"La ubicación es a unas diez cuadras de la estación de metro, pero en el camino hay muchísimos locales de comida -principalmente- el hotel está impecable, tiene todos los servicios necesarios. "Very nice hotel that upheld the Mariott standards. The hotel and rooms are very clean. It is in a very good location, across from the New World shopping center with plenty of shops and food options. It s also connected to a Luckin coffee and McDonalds that we frequented a lot for that morning coffee and late night snack. It is also a very short walk to the Nanjing pedestrian road (west side). The swimming pool is also very nice with a big hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of Grace Song. She took care of us during our 1st leg stay in Shanghai with setting up wheelchairs for my parents. She gave us her WeChat and we were able to personally get through to her to help with logistics for our 2nd leg stay after visiting other cities. When we check in, the wheelchairs were already reserved for us. She also helped us get approval for free breakfast due to having to wait for some of the rooms to be available. She also helped us track down and deliver some forgotten items that were shipped from our previous hotel. She even went as far as helping us with some local currency deposit into our WeChat pay when our international credit cards didn't go through!"

"I just wrapped up a 10 visit to Shanghai, and spent my entire time at the Conrad Hilton property. I was pleased with the very central location in the city of the hotel, and from my 39th floor room I was more than happy with the sweeping city views, looking directly down on the green oasis of the People's Park. The elevator situation was a bit confusing to begin with (due to the unusual shape of the building), but that was soon sorted and I moved freely between the propertys facilities. The 10th floor pool provided sweet views of the surrounding neighborhood and the gym was good sized and open 24 hours a day, something I made frequent use of. My king suite was super comfortable and well appointed and I especially appreciated the city view desk and more than ample closet space- a must as I travel for many months per year. As for the staff I would like to take a moment to acknowledge and show my appreciation to the following folks- a huge thank you to (French national) Hugo in guest relations who helped me out in many ways and made the hotel feel like a home over my week+ stay, to (Thai national) Thena whose cheerful demeanor and daily greetings cheered me up immensely and (Chinese national) Rosemary the ever evervesant 'elevator lady' who guided guests and was a genuine hostess for the hotel and a bright personality who made many of the guests smile and happy as they descended to the lobby to begin their day- I thank you most sincerely, you made my visit a memorable one.."

"Absolutely loved my room. I had a private bathroom with shower. And a punch bowl tub in the middle of my living room to see the view of the city, and two types of bath salts! Great amenities in the room. You get two complimentary bottles of water, toothbrush, comb, and slippers. **If you get the breakfast option, it is worth the deal!!! Tons of great comfort food from noodle station, bao station, congee, stir fry vegetables, a dessert station, steamed corn, etc. There are A LOT of options!!! States there's a gym, although I did not go. Also a high end restaurant in front of hotel, I highly suggest it. The front desk ladies do not speak much English. I used a translator, and they were very kind to try and help. If they don't know, they're honest about it and not waste your time. Overall, a great place!!! I slept so well here! There is an Aldi and a shopping mall short of a 10 minute walk. There are also a few eateries, and a spa. I did not go inside the spa, so couldn't say much about it. "
