Die Unterkunft war sehr gut.Auch die Lage des Hotels in Zinnowitz ist sehr gut. Der Strand ist ganz in der nähe und auch alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Wetter war auch hervorragend..

Wir verbrachten im Oktober 2016 drei schöne Tage in Zinnowitz. Das Hotel liegt zentral und wir genossen die kurzen Wege zur Seebrücke und den Geschäften. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber.

Im Bad befanden sich Haare ( Dusche und Fußboden)

Da ich Hotelcoach bin, war ich über den Eingangsbereich sehr erschrocken. Die Reception ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß gestaltet, sehr dunkel und veraltet- nicht einladend. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Als Gast fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Nach der Abreise und der Schlüsselabgabe wurde uns nicht vom Chef des Hauses eine gute Heimreise gewünscht, einem älteren Ehepaar die nach uns gekommen sind, wurde eine gute Heimreise gewünscht?? Es fehlt die Herzlichkeit, sowie die Kundenorientierung. Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen- die Hamburger Schnitzel bestanden aus Pressfleisch, das mit Paprikapulver versehen war, die Bratkartoffeln waren keine Bratkartoffeln-geriffelte Kartoffeln mit Pommes Gewürz und alles kam aus der Friteuse, so schlecht haben wir schon sehr lang nicht mehr gegessen! Wir waren schockiert. Wie kann man Gästen so etwas anbieten??? Qualität??? Die Gäste werden nie wieder in diesem Hotelrestaurant essen!!! Die Speisekarte ist nicht innovativ, jedes Restaurant hat in Zinnowitz identische Speisen auf der Karte, es wäre toll sich von der Masse abzuheben***

Super Aufenthalt

Haten 5 Nächte mit Frühstück.Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral.Persönlicher PKW Parkplatz ist gleich am Hotel(5€ Tag) Zimmmer wurde Täglich ordendlich gereinigt.Frühstück war Super.Im Restaurant konnte mann auch zu Abend essen hat auch Super geschmeckt. Freundliches und aufmerksammes Personal ist auch erwehnenswert.Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Zügiger sehr freundliche CheckIn Ein eingespieltes Team ging auf unsere individuellen Wünsche ein - wir waren grad frisch gebackene Eltern und hatten unseren kleinen Sonnenschein dabei, was einige Umstände mit sich brachte. Kleine überschaubares Frühstück, aber die Auswahl von hoher Qualität und Geschmacksfarbe - einfach lecker. Habe nie perfektere Brötchen und Frühstückseier gegessen! Danke Dünenschloss
