"No housekeeping, no front desk, lack of parking. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was quite comfortable."

"The property has a very strong smell from what appears to be a sewage treatment over the hill. The showers for campers are disgusting and need to be upgraded. We chose not to shower versus going into those awful showers. Bright spot is the food was good and staff are kind. "

"The location is excellent - just 10 min walk from the park entrance. The cabins are new, clean, and generally comfortable. Staff at reception is great. However, the biggest downside is the complete lack of privacy. Cabins are packed tightly together, and the picnic table sits directly along a busy walking path with constant foot traffic. Another major issue is the early morning noise. Cleaning crews start as early as 7:00 AM, pushing carts along the paved paths, creating a loud, train-like noise. If you’re hoping to relax or sleep in after a long hike, that’s simply not possible"

"It was so nice. Breakfast was yummy, beds were comfortable, staff were attentive. We had a very nice stay! I would 100% stay here again if and when I go back to Zion. Free coffee all day, free breakfast from 6-10am. Free oranges and apples all day from what I could see. 24 hour lobby area. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Pool was a bit chilly (the time of year- early spring) and more kid friendly so perfect for your kids. Hot tub was nice for the adults. The fire pits all over the property were such a nice touch. It was so nicely kept and beautiful property. I’ll have fond memories of my 3 night stay there. "

"Our room was clean and staff was friendly. However the ice machine was out of ice, the pillows felt like I was sleeping on a cliff and gave me a sore neck and the towels were very thin. I ended up using my sweatshirt for a towel. "

"Great staff, went above and beyond. Right next to the park. Easy to walk to the shuttle. Pool and hot tub were clean. Laundry room access was great. Rooms are like mini apartments. have dishes, full size fridge, dishwasher, etc. The boys loved having their own beds with the Murphy bed and pull out couch. Highly recommend."

"Great location in Springdale! Walkable to local restaurants and a short drive into Zion NP! Staff was wonderful, rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool with views of Zion was a treat! Hospitality staff was excellent with delicious breakfast each morning and even lemonade and cookies in the late afternoon. Would definitely stay here again! "
