"The person who checked us in was abrupt and not helpful. We later went back down to check out and spoke to a different person, they were more helpful. They tried to give a different type of room then I reserved, I insisted I had reserved a king bed and I did get one. In the room half the lights did not work or half the plug ins. The refer and coffee pot did not work either. Would not recommend or stay there again. "

"Disappointing for the price. The room and hotel seem to be poorly maintained, dripping faucets, clogged sink and shower drains, and the room was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests. Will book elsewhere the next time I stay near Schipol."

"Good basic accommodation. The room and hotel were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The shuttle bus is reliable there are about 2 each hour. So you might have to wait. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Thank you Ibis Budget."
