Very nice villa of 150 m2 with sea views, 1st line seaside, 800 m2 of land with direct access to the beach, private parking. 2 terraces to the east with furniture and barbecue and a deck to the west. Fully restored in 2011.

Schöne traumhafte Lage

Wir haben eine schöne Woche zu zehnt (6 Kinder) in dem Haus verbracht. Gute, solide Ausstattung im Haus. Zu zehnt mussten wir etwas sparsam duschen, da das warme Wasser ansonsten knapp wurde.

Très bonne prestation. Nous avons presque envie de mentir pour faire croire que ce n'est pas bien et s'assurer ainsi de pouvoir profiter d'un nouveau séjour sans que cette villa soit prise d'assaut. Les propriétaires Claude et Daniel, ont répondu gentiment à nos questions et avaient semble t'il à coeur que nous passions une bonne semaine. Je ne vois pas comment on pourrait être déçu !

Vacances en famille à Olmuccio

Très bon séjour à Olmuccio en Aout 2021. La maison est idéalement située les pieds dans l'eau et spacieuse . La plage au pied de la maison est magnifique. Seuls bémol: la maison n'est climatisée que dans les chambres du haut et pas dans le salon ni dans les chambres du bas. Dommage car elle en aurait bien besoin en plein été. Très beau séjour quand même!

Une vue fabuleuse sur la mer

La vue sur la mer et le jardin privatif un peu sauvage, la proximité d'une belle plage en bordure d un lotissement très bien agencé ( on voit à peine les maisons voisines car.parc très arboré) font de ce lieu un petit paradis. Belle terrasse avec transats et tables, cuisine très bien équipée , nous avons passé un super séjour !

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus und bedanken uns für die zuvorkommende/kulante Kommunikation mit den Besitzern trotz schwierigen Zeiten der Corona-Pandemie. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen: genug Platz für alle (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder), sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine, Nespressomaschine etc...), sehr sauberer Zustand auch der 3 Badezimmer, Möglichkeit einer kleinen Aussen-Dusche im Garten nach dem Strand. Perfekt - alles war da! Das Haus befindet sich in einer Siedlung von mehreren Ferienhäusern, für Fragen beim Checkin/out oder Problemen ist eine Rezeption verfügbar, die Endreinigung kann dort ebenfalls gebucht werden (oder selbst gemacht werden - dann sollten Putzmittel selbst besorgt werden). Durch dichte Baum- und Buschbewachsung sind die Nachbarhäuser quasi nicht zu sehen und man fühlt sich nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idyll

Das Haus liegt idyllisch und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand und von der Terrasse genießt man einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sind großzügig und hell gestaltet. Nur die Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind leider etwas muffig. Das Bad oben ist aufgrund der Dachschräge leider nicht so komfortabel wie unten und das Zimmer dahinter riecht trotz täglichen Lüften sehr muffig. Die untere Etage ist definitiv komfortabler und nicht vergleichbar mit der oberen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung gut auch in der Küche. Etwas mehr Besteck wäre ideal. Irritiert hat uns, daß wir die Betten trotz extra Bezahlung der Bettwäsche selbst beziehen mussten. Die Ausgabe der Bettwäsche und Handtücher erfolgte in der Nähe gelegenen Residence Fium del Cavo. Vorleger für die Duschen wären noch gut gewesen, die gab es nicht. Trotz der wenigen Kritikpunkte haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief wunderbar.

La casa è davvero bella, soprattutto le zone comuni, spaziose, luminose, ben arredate. Ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Delle quattro camere da letto due sono al piano superiore, entrambe spaziose e comode nonostante siano nel sottotetto. La camera da letto patronale al piano terra è davvero bella, comoda e con un bagno proprio. La seconda camera al piano terra è un po’ piccola per come sono disposti i letti (un letto singolo ed uno matrimoniale alla. Francese) ma ha il vantaggio, cosa che condivide anche con la camera patronale) di essere affacciata direttamente sul giardino. La spiaggia è davvero appena sotto il giardino, non è mai molto piena e c’e Anche un baretto a poche decine di metri.

La mer à vos pieds. Une maison entourée de verdure , intelligemment organisée entre espace d'activités et espace de repos (nombreuses commodités ). Deux terrasses panoramiques, avec vue sur la mer , pour des moments de détentes après de magnifiques ballades, baignades ou pour de belles siestes après avoir dégusté d'excellents rosés corses! C'est la 3 ème fois que nous venons dans ctte maison et à chaque fois la magie du lieu s'empare de nous. C'est sûr nous reviendrons ...

Un site exceptionnel pour des vacances idéales

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce lieu protégé de toute nuisance dans un décor exceptionnel avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et des couchers de soleil inoubliables. La plage à vingt mètres directement devant nous nous a permis des baignades fabuleuses. Un peu plus loin, le Cavo nous offrait ses rivages ombragés de roseaux et de pins. Nous avons pu aussi profiter des rochers pour pêcher et chercher des coquillages. Le village de Ste Lucie à proximité nous a permis de trouver des commerces variés pour le ravitaillement. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Superbe!

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de mai dans cette maison avec un très beau temps, une mer très belle ( baignade quotidienne) et une très belle maison, spacieuse, agréable, confortable, toute équipée et vraiment "les pieds dans l'eau" (belle plage à 20 mètres!). Superbe terrasse où seul le murmure des vagues nous invite au repos, à la lecture, et à la contemplation du paysage. Sans hésiter, nous renouvèlerons si possible un tel séjour! Un conseil, faire le plein de provisions avant d'arriver à la maison.

Grand confort et la mer au bout du jardin

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. De grands volumes où chacun peut trouver sa place même si on y vient nombreux. J'ai loué plusieurs fois cette maison et qu'on y soit que 5 ou une 10e ce fut à chaque fois un grand moment de détente. La mer au bout du jardin, Sainte Lucie à 10mn en voiture, la montagne et des randos magnifiques guère plus loin... et la sieste sous le chêne :-) !
