Located in Martinovići, in the Dubrovnik area of Croatia, Villa Simunka is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. The villa is conveniently located 4 km from the pebble beaches of Mlini and Srebreno and about 3 km from shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The beautiful city of Dubrovnik (10 km) is nearby with an amazing Old Town, restaurants and bars, museums and galleries, clubs, music, shopping and more.

Villa Simunka (200 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor connected by internal stairs). The owners live on one side of the property in a separate apartment with an independent entrance.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV and PlayStation), a dining area (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also a laundry room and a bathroom (with shower) on this level, as well as a beautiful terrace with amazing views of the sea and mountains.

On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds), one single/double bedroom (with single bed that can be converted into a double) and two bathrooms (with showers). Two of the double bedrooms have balconies with beautiful views.
