The suite was large, modern and very comfortable. It was next to a tram stop that went to the main station and the centre of town. Also very close to the river and the swimming area. The beds were comfortable. Overall a great option in Zurich.

Walking into my room to find a personalized birthday card and a bottle of champagne waiting for me was incredibly touching. It’s rare to find a place that pays such close attention to the little details, and this gesture made me feel truly special and celebrated.
