it was not totally exceptional but it has exceeded my expectation. It was not totally spotless clean but it was acceptable. It was surprisingly smeels good, and during the night it was peaceful. The good thing the place is near to transportation and from stores and restaurants.

We stayed for 3 nights. The bed’s springs were completely gone. I’m certainty the customer staying before complained. It’s impossible for anyone to sleep on that bed. We slept on the sofa the last night. Our backs are hurting. We emailed them (as that’s how communication was made from the time we booked until check in). They did not email us back until the day we checked out saying they were too busy to respond! Oh and housekeeping knocking loadly continuously until you answer at 09:55am to check out. Like the place is on fire. Perhaps you would consider providing a face towel each and a shampoo each. The only good thing about this place was the train stop directly outside the apartment which made travel easy! Definitely do not recommend to anybody. Transport is easy almost everywhere in Zurich anyway. Book somewhere else!

This was likely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. Only redeeming quality was the modern look and decent location. Check in was unnecessarily complicated. Nowhere in the booking site or on Expedia does it mention that parking is not included and at 27 CHF per day, we were stuck with an additional 100$ charge with no warning. Construction makes it difficult to get in/out of the property. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the only 2 pillows provided were so incredibly flimsy and flat. Not to mention it was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY; every single linen had hair and some sort of bodily fluid stain marks AND we saw a roach and bug crawl in between the cracks of the wall. Outlets only worked half of the time so we had to charge our devices in the car. Lastly, the booking randomly changed checkout time from 11am to 10am on our checkout day so we almost didn’t make it out in time. Couldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Terrible self check-in as Visionapartments did not email the check-in link. We located their email address, and eventually received a reply explaining that Expedia had disabled their link to us, so we must send our personal info directly to them after which they will reply. They do not answer phone calls prior to check-in, so you cannot prearrange parking, which is otherwise impossible to find. Meanwhile, the front of the building is blocked off due to street re-construction, so finding your way to the rear of the building is convoluted. When we finally found the entrance... the sign on the LOCKED door instructed us to enter our name and booking #. It did not recognize Expedia's itinarary number, so we were not admitted. We called again. This time it was answered. They apparently have their own booking number which we had not been given. To finally arrange and pay for parking, they demanded a photo of my passport along with my visa number. They refused to accept my drivers license. Two hours later, we received the codes, parked the car, and checked in. The expedia listing advertised the studio suite as having a kitchen with a 2 burner stovetop. It did not work because the breaker had been taped off. The listing also said their was free access to the laundry facilities. The codes did not open any of those doors. Overall, we would recommend staying at a property where codes are not needed, or more readily available.

The property had the advantage of being next to the train station. However, this brings its own set of problems of constant train noise as they pass behind the block, and the screeching as they come to a halt late at night and early in the morning causing disturbance. The rooms are very hot and stuffy so not comfortable during the summer. The decor and standard of the room does not resemble any of the pictures shown and is of a much lower standard. Parking was not made available when requested so beware.

Si te gusta el. Sauna es el lugar ideal, porque con la esxusa de der ecofriendly la habitación lleha a los 40grados imposible descamsar, sin servicio de limpieza, pedimos hacer el check out a las 11hs y nos dijeron max a las 10 y que no habia donde dejar las valijas... Muy poco recomendable...
