"The pools were very dirty and not cleaned the duration of my stay. I ended up with a urinary tract infection. As well, on the Wednesday of my stay I ended up with food poisoning from the buffet. This was awful. The amount of stairs needed to navigate to get anywhere was overwhelming and confusing. The beach was always dirty and I tripped on a rusty steel pipe that was sticking out of the sand. No mention if you have mobility issues about this anywhere. I will never stay here again!"

"The gym needs an update no treadmill and what’s in there doesn’t turn on. Towels are hard to exchange get to the exchange place right on time or you will be using your towels for days! Not enough umbrellas at pools if you are looking for shade you won’t be getting it at this pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the food was good."

"Premises was very clean, staff were friendly multiple activities throughout the day to engage families. The drawback for me was the pool water was very cold and no hot jetted hot pool. Additionally, it was a challenge to obtain a dinner reservation always full, we ended eating most of our stay in the buffet. Additionally, people smoke everywhere. The resort can improve on this by making a smoking designated area specially because there’s children being exposed. "
